How Can severe Headache After An Injury Be Treated?

I revived a concussion a few weeks ago from a hockey injury (I was pushed then fell backwards) I was wearing a helmet. Four weeks later I am still getting headaches. I am wondering how to tell if my brain is bleeding or swelling. My scalp is sensitive to the touch and sometimes parts of my head feel warm inside. Thanks.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
You need CT scan or MRI to see details of trauma &get dpecific needful treatment.
Till then take rest, light diet ,plenty of fresh water . A pain killer tablet of Ibuprophen over thr counter would give temporary relief .
Thanks.
